Pitstopmarine did have it on sale for 799 which is the best deal you will find plus they are board sponsor. Its easy to install just follow the instructions and have help when you bleed the system.

Prices are dependent on what you get with the "kit". You have an option of helms, cylinders, as well as kevlar lines or not. Make sure you get enough Sea Star fluid, it's somewhat hard to come by if you're not around a dealer and the price of it is much like liquid gold. I got a pro-tilt helm, bigger cylinder, and kevlar lines for $1k. PM and I'll give you the website...not sure if they're a sponsor. They are an ebay store now with a different name but I think the old website still auto links to the new one. If you've got a jackplate, installation is pretty easy, you'll need two to prime the lines. If you don't have a jackplate, you may have to pull your engine to get the cable steering arm out...even with cutting it w/ a cutoff wheel.
