Greg, Your just a little feller. You had better stick to the XL or XXL max. I am 6'5 and 315 and it fits me with a small amount of adjusting.

Greg - I am 6-4 250 and the XXL Stratos vest fits me perfect, even in cold weather gear. I think XXL would swallow you.
