I bought a Stroker with this motor on it not knowing the bad rap these motors have. The seller had told me he had replaced two of the injectors without changing the injector coefficients. Can I set the coefficients with the diagnostic software and the serial numbers of the injectors? What is involved with setting the EMM with the correct coefficients?

I currently have the motor at a dealer to troubleshoot and to order/replace the air temp sensor (hard 49 code) and throttle cam follower (missing). Can these items cause hard starting, shutdown when motor is put in gear, and carbon build in all cylinders. Spark plugs, pistons, and piston rings (.030 over Wiseco) are new. Fuel pressure is at 30 PSI at startup. EMM is set to break in mode.
