Need help with trailer issue???

I have a 2007 Stratos 201XL with tandem trailer...Last night when disconnecting the truck from the trailer the emergency brake cable got hung up on the truck hitch somehow.It pulled the cable out past the yellow plastic and I don't know how to reset it ...Can y'all help me??
