I know my 268DC was "listed" at 1090 lbs and 130 Looper was 365 lbs. 1700 seems heavy for a 16'8" boat.
1090 hull
365 motor
50 trolling motor
130 batteries
100 gas
100 gear, oil, etc.
I'd want at least a 1 ton lift. Probably go ahead and spring for a 2 ton just in case I want to upgrade boats in the future.

Well yeah.....I was just thinking of the "hull" weight.
my 160 j has a hull weight of 790 listed same hull as the 256. minus the rear deck..
