Just wondering which one you all think is a better boat 20renedage or 201 stratos both are 99 model both with 225 evinrudes the stratos has more room but dont know about the speed

How about a 03 200 Proxl and a 00 Javelin Renegade 20
I'll bet they are about the same hull

There is a guy selling a 2000 20' Javelin Renegade with a recently rebuilt Evinrude ( by a top-notch marine outboard fabrication company ). He's even had Stratos add additional stringers to the transom to bring it to later 2000 specs/strength It looks like a sweet boat. He's eager to sell and u can get a great price i bet.

Look for the name Tim Coyle in the BBC boats4sale forum under the 'J' category.

I'll say the renegade 20. Only reason, because I got one and I love it. Before blowing the lower unit it would haul azz, almost 77 mph gps. It's a few mph slower now since I replaced the lu, I can get 75 ish by myself, 71-72 loaded now. No chine, has plenty of room for me. Love the seats, low profile and I can fit my 6.3 310 lbs azz under the console with out my knees being destroyed
