Help...the trim gauge on my '03 185 with a Yamaha Vmax is stuck in the full up position. Any help appreciated.
It's the plastic trim indicator on the trim tube near the motor. Look for the star screw under the steering on the front right of the motor. It's a $2.00 part and now they offer one made from metal fo $6.00... Contact Iboats.net or your closest yammie dealer. Easy to replace in less than 5 min. Tighten it up when it reads correctly at full tuck.
