pumpout on a 02 21xl magnum

I've got a quick question. My boat is plumbed for having a pumpout function, but for the life of me i can't figure out how to make it work. My livewell switches on the dash, don't say anything about it and the fill/recirc/auto switch on the side of the boat don't say anything about it either. Am i missing something or do i need to add something to make it work? Thanks.

I may be mistaken, but I believe you have two spray nozzles in each livewell. If you have a red one, gently pull it out till it locks, you'll feel it. Then set the respective livewell switch to recirc and turn on the recirc pump. It should pump out then.

Open your livewells and look inside. You should have a white valve and a red valve. Grab the red valve and pull it out. Now, switch to 'Recirc' and turn the Main switch ON. That will pump it out.

On mine, the spray nozzle for the pump out WAS NOT RED! It was there, just not red. It was the one on the inside (towards the center of the boat) for each livewell.
