You guys and gals are awsome!!! I can't say enough about the service that I have recieved from Carol and another woman that answered the phone the other day. Wish I would have got her name too! They helped me out with an airator pump for a 5 year old boat. Even called me back to make sure we were ordering the right pump!

Recieved it yesterday in the mail! Awsome service. It was also the correct pump! I cant say enough about them! You have my buisness from now on!

May even make the drive up there to buy a new boat in a couple years, if the service is like that!

I was wrong, there are so many good folks that work at C&O sometimes it's hard to pick the right one you talked to. I called Carol about something else and asked if she knew so I could make sure the right person got their 'kudos' and it was actually Tabitha that had helped you. They're all great, but just wanted you to know if you needed to call back for anything and wanted to talk to the same person.

Thanks Jason that is good to know. I usally call for Carol ( and she has been wonderful to deal with) but she was busy so Tabitha just step right in there and helped then Carol called me back to make sure it was the right part I needed.

Yes, they are all great. Those guys stay super busy. I cant recall a time when I have been up there that the phones were not ringing off the hook with a showroom full of people.

I can't tell you how many times I have called David to ask questions or order parts, and he has always taken the time to provide the information I was looking for and been very helpful.

I wouldn't trade my 201 for anything (unless Todd wants to swap me even for an 08)
