294/200 opti which prop?

I have a friend that is suppose to be picking up his new boat latter this week. He got a 06 294 with a 200 Mercury Opti. Currently the motor does not have a prop but he is suppose to tell them before he picks up the rig what prop he wants. The boat does have a 6"plate. He normally fishes with 2 people in the boat. He is hoping this boat will be a low 70ish ride. I know they are many variables in speed... conditions/driver ability/set up. I think based on what I have read here on this board that 70-72 is achievable. Any advise on what prop and once the motor is broke in what engine height.

I rode in a 294 with a 200 opti and the gentlemen I was with was turning a 27 tempest full load runing 72. No water in the livewells. That was the two of us in the morning full of fuel and gear.

Thanks for the info. He will be picking up the boat this sat. I think they recommend a 27 tempest
