A friend of mine has the above fastrike on his ranger. Somehow the Vent on the cap on the oil fill resevoir got blocked up. We think this stopped the flow of oil and burnt up the oil pump. ?
Should he just disconnect it and the buzzer and just mix the oil directly into the gas ? If so any idea on what the ratio is ?
Or where is the best place to buy a new pump and a new oil resevoir cap, pref on-line as the local Ranger dealer is outrageous as far as price ?
