Hydraulic jack plate question for 21SS Extreme

I have a 21SS Extreme that I would like to put a hydraulic jack plate on but can't seem to find one that fits. The T&H hits the rub rail on the transom, has anyone else had this problem? Open to all suggestions...

i have a detwiler hydrualic jack plate on my 2001 21 ssextreme ...works real well with the boat...chris

Thanks for the reply and info. What is your set-back and if you don't mind me asking, where did you get your jack plate and what did it cost?

The only one I have been able to locate in the Shreveport area is the T&H and it doesn't work on my Stratos, according to the folks a Travis Marine.

CMC jack plate works on the Extreme my buddy has one on his.

Friend of mine has 21 SS Extreme. He has a Bob's 6" hydrolic plate and it works great.
