how do you check the new trailers for grease. my trailer has the caps that i guess you have to push in to check if they need grease.my trailer is a 2004 just traded in a 97 stratos.thanks for any help.

Make sure you recheck it. My new 05 stratos has oil hubs and not grease. If it has the black sight glass you just look and make sure the oil is present. I actually took off the wheel to make sure it had the drain/ fill plug and not some new type of cap. If they are grease or oil do a search for unique funtional products on the internet and then you can see how to check both types. Hope this helps.
Thanks i'll check that out.I know i dont have the oil hubs i wish i did though ,those look pretty easy to keep an eye on. thanks again
