I was wondering if I can add the PTO tackle system to my 2004 285ProXl. I only want the trays that mount to each side of the center tackle compartment. Can this be done? Has anyone done it? Where can I get it? Any help would be appreciated.

At a boat show last year, I saw a tackle system mounted in the center deck storage area of a 285proxl. Not sure if it is the PTO system. It caught my attention because I have the same boat.

I just bought a 06 285 last month and my dealer said I could order one for around 125 dollors or so. I decided not to because i could fit more boxes in w/o them in there.
We had to make the last holders from a cut down 294 PTO system.
I've never ordered one in a 285 to date tho...always added as needed here.

I think so. I would recomend giving your nearest stratos dealer a call. They could probably tell you. If you want I could ask my dealer to find out for sure and let you know. Does your front storage have a recessed tub to accomidate the dividers?

I can tell you I bought my tackle tray system from Cabelas I believe it was 29.99. it consist of 2 plastic rails with movable dividers. I have 7 plano boxes in it now and have room to hold at least 2 more. It is mounted with 3m tape or you can use screws. I have mine mounted in a 285 and I love it I am planning on going back to Cabelas and buyin another box set and putting it up incase I ever sell this boat. I cant find them in the one catolog that I have but I found it in the marine section at Cabelas. For the price it is Great. and looks professional and holds the boxes in place in rough water.
was this in a retail store or online. I cant seem to find anything like it on there website.
