Livewell problem with my 1993 Stratos 274V

My pumps work fine. I can flip the switch to manual and they'll run continually. When I switch to "auto" and place the console switch in either, 2,4,or 6 minutes the pumps never come on.

I checked underneath the drivers console and can see where the wires from the timer switch go to a circuit board, zip tied to the top of about 4 relays, mounted on the kick panel. I asume this is the circuitry for the timed function, and my be the problem.

Any one got a idea, if this item is the culprit, where can I get one, what the cost will be?

sounds like your timer is bad, pull it out, cut it on, you should here a noise from it if its good, also, i believe you can jump the wires at it to make your pumps come on , not sure which wires though, sorry

Follow up to the livewell problem o my Stratos 274V. These pictures show the what I suspect to be the timer unit as well as the switch arrangement at both the console and bow. Again, in the past, I'd just turn on the main power switch along with the master aerator to "fishing" position, and set timer to 4 minutes.

Pumps came and went like clockwork. Now the pumps only run if I switch the bow panel switches to manual. I feel the timer unit is at fault, however before I drop the money, I'd like to know for sure. Anyone have any dealings with this type set up before?
