When you turn the power switch on it turnes on and then turns right back off, doesn't stay on longer then a second. I checked all of the fuses and then even changed some to see if that was the problem but it still doesn't stay on, any ideas?

What year and model? Where is fuse box located?
Find your main power fuse and turn it off for about 10 secs. Turn main power fuse back on and see if that works. I had a 2005 zx225 that would act up time to time. That's how I would get mine to start acting right. If not it's sounds like you have got something grounded out. Good luck.
sounds like your control box is going out. Mine did the same thing. It would even stay on for awhile then turn off. Got to where it woudl nto come on any more.
about a $400 fix. Here is another post as well.

did you have to buy the rocker switches?
I had to buy my first panel, but it went out not too long after it was installed, and Skeeter sent me the rockers for free. I think the cost was around $200 - $300.
check ALL your pumps, could be a crack in one of them causing you to blow fuses or panel going out..I have an 05 ZX 250 that I could not keep the panel from shutting off, after running down different things. I figured out one of my pumps had a crack in the housing, replaced it and no more problems. They freeze and can crack in the winter time because of water being trapped in the line..
