    Problems loading the boat

I am having a problem getting my zx250 all the way up on the trailer. I can't seem to get it to the roller, it is usually about 3/4-1" shy of the roller.

I have thought about the E-Z slides to see if they will help. The wood and carpet do not seem like they are in bad shape.

My ZX250 is picky on the trailer position as well. Try backing the trailer in a little more to get the bunks totally wet and then pull it up just a bit. It seems like having water just coming over the top rear of my trailer fenders will get me very close to where I need to be. After that, I just let the 250 ponies behind the boat push it the rest of the way up.

I've never had a problem getting it all the way up the trailer, but from time to time, if I have the trailer too deep, the nose of the boat will go under the bow roller.

Are you submerging the bunks prior to loading for less friction? .With 3/4 to 1"
from roller, just winch up tight, then back down a tad, then you 'll be able to
winch up tightly onto the roller.

Re: Problems loading the boat (EL Skeeter)

The front of the boards had to be just above the water, this will vary some depending on the ramp. Seems my trailer has to go in deeper than my buddies with Rangers.

Spray the bunks with Pam cooking spray. Just be very careful when loading because it will go up very quickly if your not careful.
