Just replace my old jack plate with a 10' slidemaster manual jack plate and have noticed several different style hole shot plates' around the ramp. Do any of you have suggestions on which one might be better. Boat is a little slow coming out of the hole and needs alittle help.

I would imagine that it would be more of a prop type thing/adjustment on jp than a hole shot plate...as for the hs plate, some mfg's make there own and others have theirs custom made by a fab shop. In fact this same question was asked here..... http://www.bbcboards.net/zerothread?id=690131
