    Gotta give props to Skeeter customer service!

    Everyone seems to think you have to buy a boat from a small company to get personalized service. I was treated like a VIP by Skeeter in dealing with a very minor question i had about an accessory warranty on my new to me boat. Long story short I got a call from a guy pretty high up in the food chain that answered my question. He also thanked me for being a customer and gave me his direct contact info just in case I had any other questions in the future.

    I'm glad you had good luck with them. When I had my dash issues (had to retrofit the new style dash) the CS was non-existant. They sent me the wrong piece 3 times, and each time basically had the attitude that I was the one doing something wrong (which is why directions would have been nice to have).

    Eventually I had to call a buddy of mine who works at Yamaha to get everything sorted out. Only took about 2 months to finally get the right piece I've probably got 20 unreplied to emails about the whole issue. It really seems to be hit or miss with them.

    Years ago I owned a G3 Alum when Skeeter was putting their name on em' Long story short I had a small crack in the hull, went to the dealer and after 15 minutes on the phone to Skeeter. New boat! Cant beat that.

    Their customer service is far behind other companies and only seem to care when their name will be smeared.

    My dealer and Skeeter have been right there helping whenever I had an issue. Great service so far..

    From the sounds of it Skeeter is stepping up their customer service(much needed).
    Maybe they are reading the boards and realizing that is their weak spot.

    I wish I could get someone to even try to help me. I know it helps when you know people in the right places, which I don't... I have sent four emails and made multiple phone calls to my new dealer, my original one went bankrupt, and the new one won't even reply to me. The people at Skeeter tell me my issue is a EZ loader issue. I understand that, I am just asking them to help me with it. It sucks that I can't see myself in another Skeeter due to crappy customer service. Because I really like the boat.

    I too have had outstanding customer support from Skeeter. I had issues with my windshield, and the factory was awesome about fixing it right, and fixing it fast. Even got to meet the pres while I was there. Great folks!

    love there boats but where im from the dealer network is about the worst 2 skeeter dealers and they both cant fix anything and when ive contacted skeeter about the problem they tell me to call some other company ive owned 4 skeeters but unless they change by the next purchase ill be riding in something else

    Darby with Skeeter customer service is great to work with . He's helped me out numerous times. He's hard to get a hold off but just leave him a message. I have no complaints at all with Skeeter's customer service. Now the jerk of a dealer that I've tried to work with locally is another issue.

    I couple years ago, a lady at Skeeter was really great help with getting me the part numbers I needed!!

    I really don't like bashing my favorite brand....but....when the shoe fits wear it....Skeeters CS is poor at best.....I bought my 21i from a Skeeter team member...they treated him poorly when he tried to get some things repaired under warranty before I bought it and they have never returned any message I have left since I purchased it....the only thing that I have received from them was a e-mail to tell me that I needed to send them $200 to have a warranty on the brand new hull they installed two weeks before I received the boat. I guess I have more faith in their hull than they do...I bought baits instead of the warranty...I love my Skeeter and it gets compliments everywhere I go...this is my fourth and I have never owned another brand...come on guys....pull your head out....I get great service from EZ-Loader and from Yamaha...whats up with y'all????????

    I have my saga but it ended up right. Sure took some fighting though. However i just cant picture myself in any other hull
