93sv depth highlight

I have highlighted about 6 depth ranges from shore line out to 50 ft. but the highlighted areas don't match the depth shown on the map. Lets say i have 10-15ft in blue, there will be countour depths not falling in that range by quite a margin that are in the blue colored zone. Anybody have an answer to this?
