Now that I've seen that video, I think that deck layout might just be really functional.

Me neither, seems like no place to sit while accessing the center rod box. Looks like you have to be on your knees like the guy in the video, or sitting on the port side trying to reach over top of the open lid, or trying to sit sideways on the small cooler compartment without falling off. Looks like if it opened the other direction, you could sit on the port side while accessing it. I don't understand that layout.

The lids were cut with errors and thus it will have several changes on this model. The Pantera Classic is about as close as initial build can be and starts production in 3 weeks. This lynx model has a few weeks or a couple months to go yet and several things brought out already were in the project list. They didn't even have the cutout access for the Power Pole pumps open. There's a fire extinguisher area and more they don't have done yet.

2 questions of concerning layout. Why not have rod box open toward driver's side so will have place to sit once open and accessing rods even with dual console. Is livewell divider removable for longer fish---stripers, catfish.

I think putting the tackle storage compartments on the other side makes sense for balancing the boat, especially for someone fishing solo.
