I hope somebody's dealt with this issue before, since I am on a short time frame (championship tournament this weekend.)
Here's the issue, my 2004 skeeter ZX250 is on it's third panel. The original panel was updated before I bought the boat to the more common model with a fuse block and digital buttons. That went out last weekend during a really rough practice where lots of water and spray went around the boat. My dealer got a the new and improved replacement panel overnighted to my house (they're 130 miles away.) Here's the issue. The replacement panel isn't digital, it a group of rocker switches. As of right now, I don't care about the panel, but I'm having issues getting everything to work correctly.
Right now, when I plug the new panel into the existing wiring harnesses, the light on the power switch is on in both setting (off/on), and only half of the switches work (mostly livewells.) I'm not sure if the harness wires aren't the standard configuration like the older switch panel, and if that's the case how to fix them.
Has anybody dealt with this, and is there any documentation on how to get this working from Skeeter. The part came in a box without any paperwork. Just the new switch panel.
Thanks for your help in advance,
