Hydro steering

Pros and cons of hydro steering. I have a sea star steering setup here and wondering if it is worth putting it on? It is a 1.7 helm and not sure if it is big enough for a SF175? Some guy's say it is nice some don't like it. Let me know what you think. Scott

Seastar makes 2 different sizes for it's system, one for >130hp one for <150hp, it will be one of the best things you can add to your boat.

I have a HC 5345 cylinder and a Standard 1.7 helm. Websight shows it is good to 350HP. I am assuming the cc of the helm is the quickness and amount of turns for lock to lock? Scott

I would put it on. Once you try hyd. steering you will never want to do without it. And the install is easy too.
