    I LOVE THIS COMPANY!

Skeeter's customer service is the best in the business, hands down!

Whenever I've asked them for help or requested a part or product information they've exceeded my expectations every time...I just wanted to say that....

Everybody always seems to focus on bad customer service experiences nowadays, but let's not forget about the good ones too!

Re: I LOVE THIS COMPANY! (kmsnowman12)

Its a lot better than it was... competition from Triton, etc will do that... it was super in the 80s also... I called to ask what was the best prop for my 1984 HP 120... was put thru and in 30 seconds tech/mechanic said "Raker 20"... he sure was right too

Main recent whine is the EZ Loader trailers...boards do not even look "treated" on my new 2006... take my advice and after 2 years just get some of those 4-ever poly boards... my 2000 ZX195 boards broke in under 5 years... and who fishes over 6 days a month? The screwlugs were not stainless steel also... I personally re-did that one day in May... still irks me that the boards and big screw lugs were so inferior that they could not last 5 years... lugs so rusty.. don't get me started...

I think those poly boards should be optional for all or at least standard in the iClass and ZX by now. No carpet, no rot, no kidding...

    Poly trailer boards...4 ever!

    http://www.ultimatebunkboards.com/gpage.html

I had the shorter outer 2 boards replaced (by me)...was concerned since boards breaking can be a total bummer...those 2 were about $27 each... no carpet or staples ever needed...they were fine after 18 months (about 50 lake trips)... I will replace all 4 boards on my new 2006 after 3 years... I do not trust the factory boards since my 2000 rig experience with them.

I put the 2 shorter (5 ft I think) outside boards on myself...used stainless steel screws... not a prob the year I had them... my advice is to get those, use for a few months or 15-20 days...then get the big ones... the slip factor is not an issue with all the other straps, etc used...
