2000 Skeeter ZX202 C questions/help

I have a skeeter zx 202 C and was wondering about a few things. This boat seems to ride well and handles rough water pretty good. Currently, I have GPS this boat at 64mph. I was wondering if that was about right for this ride. The motor is a 3.1 liter Yamaha 200hp seems to stall at top end but I'm not sure if it is that I ride with faster boats and think mine should go faster. The prop is a 25 P. I also need some items. The cover for the light in the opening in the middle is busted. Where can I find a new one? Several of the dash items don't work properly. Where can you find those that match? The seats are shot, not sure why they went downhill fast but can you find replacements on these? I've saw the ones at Cables, do they fit or do you need to make adjustments to those seats? I have the same boat and motor with a 25M prop and I get the same top speed ... maybe 66 or 67 if I trim up more. The motor is adjusted to 3" below pad. Going higher did not help and actually started to cavitate.

You didn't say what type of dash parts you were looking for, but you can get analog gauges at West Marine, Bass Pro, or on the Internet like Surplus Unlimited (www.surplusunlimited.com). For the plastic trim pieces or windshield, try a Yamaha dealer or Tiny's Fiberglass Repair in Texas (www.tinysfiberglass.com). I can't help with the seats, Sorry.

I have a 98 with a 200 and 25M. Goes 64-67 with a load. 3.5" below pad.
Unless you can find what you need on ebay, you may have to go to your local Skeeter dealer and let them order from the factory.

Had a 1999 202

Speed is right up there

Lights where used in camper manufacturing and you should be able to find one still just search the net.

Gauges where made by Faria and where standard gauges with a "skeeter" face send them your gauges and they can fix them.

Seats – good luck – might be better off at your local upholstery shop cheaper and faster

Something to look at is your rear fishing seat mount I can’t find the thread maybe someone else can but you need to look at the way the mounts bolts from under the deck and see if the thing is cracked
