Does your skeeter boat just have to be registerd in your name by the state or Do I have to register my boat with the skeeter real money program or some other type of registration with the skeeter website in order to fish this tournament on Patoka lake in Southern Indiana.

I have a old 1988 skeeter boat powered by a 150Merc. so I am not qualified for the real money stuff. So I was hopeing I didn't have to do that.
