Yep - the Johnny Ray mount is simple and very effective. Sometimes I swivel my LCD for my partner to see in the passenger seat of the boat and sometimes I spin it around so I can see the GPS from the front deck. Removal of the unit and reinstallation at hotels, etc. takes about 4 seconds.

I keep scrolling back up to look at the avatar. Really, that is some nice work Michael. Have you had a chance to use the new electronics?

I like your idea of putting a watch around your trolling motor cables...think I'll steal that one for myself! Here is one back for you...wedge your trolling motor rope in the slots of the rubber cable support at your trolling motor head. I put the plastic handle of the rope tight against the rubber slotted cable guard, and wedge the rope down in the slot. Now the handle and rope don't flail around, and when you get to your next spot just grab the plastic handle and deploy the motor all in one motion.

BTW, I prefer the larger size Johnny Ray mounts (with the big base) on the LCX26HDs or similar size graphs since they are heavy. Much more security in rough water.

Man that 112 looks pretty. I am about to order one but don't know if I am going with the 112 or another 25C.
I don't know where we are, but we are making darn good time.
