2003 521 livewell question

I didn't fish any tourneys last year so I didn't use my livewells at all. I found recently that one of the pumps had gone so it was replaced last week. I was out yesterday, and when I tried running the livewells, they filled up fine but the pumps ran continuously, regardless of whether I had the keypad timer set at L, M or H.

Question for anyone with a 521 and digital switches...My recollection is that the way my pumps used to work was that the first time I'd hit the on/off switch the "1" would light and 1 pump would run. If I hit the button a 2nd time, "1" and "2" would both light and 2 pumps would run. However, now when I hit the button both 1 and 2 light immediately and it appears 2 pumps are running.

Any ideas of what may be going on here?

On my 04 521 both pumps run when I hit the button. I have only had it a year and that is how it has worked since I have had it. As for running all the time, that would be an issue with the timer wherever that might be I guess.

I have had my 04 since new and they both have allways run at same time. must be a keypad issue.
