When I'm looking at the Ranger Specs Pages, For instance, at the 518DVX, if it says 19' with a 12" setback, does that mean the entire boat is 20" long? Or does it mean altogether it's 19", including the setback? Also, is the setback measured from the back edge of the carpet?

Nope, it's an 18 footer with the 12" setback....making it 19 feet.

Yep, it's basically a 18ft boat with a jackplate already installed....and rated for 200hp!
