I love my Boat

Guys,

We had our 2nd annual St Jude tournament down here and it was a great tournament. We had 22 boats last year and 35 this year. We are hoping to continue growing the tournament. It took 30 pounds in 2 days to win and 22 to get a check. I finished 7th with 22.16. 30 pounds in 2 days is impressive for where we are fishing.

I dont know how many of you fish tidal water, but we fish it a lot down here and I must say I was impressed this weekend with my boat. The tide was extra low and I was able to get into some lakes and ditches that I shouldnt have. It was an obstacle course trying to fish where I wanted to. Several of my buddies asked me "how in the hell did you get that big boat in there?". Ohkissa Dog knows what its like.

To top it all off it, was rough coming back across the bay and the Phoenix is SOOO awesome in that rough stuff. The Phoenix 721 is truly a battleship!

There is nothing better than to see the look on someones face after they have been told how smooth the Phoenix is and then seeing the expression change after you roll through some two or three footers and they are like "wow" ! The shallow draft is something that I have been wonderfully impressed with.
