Jeff and Mark at Phoenix Boats

I had a couple of minor things I needed from the factory. I heard from both Jeff and Mark early this MORNING (I sent an email late last night). They took care of me within an hour of being at work today. AWESOME people to work with.

Those of you on this section of the boards trolling for info about the boats and the experiences of the owners, file this one away - the customer service does not stop after you write the check - they break their necks to make you happy.

Great job as always guys - I'm impressed at every turn. Buying a Phoenix was a wise decision.

Re: Jeff and Mark at Phoenix Boats (Jason Phillips)

Well here is a great example...

I am on my 3rd Skeeter I had issues with my top cap...Skeeters reply was crag it 4 hrs our way and we will see if it is warranty work. (it was)

At the exact same time my buddy had a good size chip (topcap gelcoat) pop on his Phoenix due to a faulty cleat. The local Phoenix dealer tried to get a glassman to fix it but the repair was sub par. Phoenix sent a driver to collect his boat and take it to the factory. His boat was back within 2 weeks...mine took 6.

Nuff said...Phoenix will be my next boat.

I have said it several times, they are THE BEST I have ever seen at taking care of their customers and dealers. They prove it time and time again, and seem to always "one up" themselves.

Re: Jeff and Mark at Phoenix Boats (marty92xrd)

Not much can be said about the service/warranty work after the sale with Phoenix other than just plain OUTSTANDING. Out of all the boats I have owned the people at Phoenix bar none are the best. One of the main reasons those of us that are buying newer or up grading, are staying with Phoenix.

My present rig after getting it home and putting some wax on it found a crack (what I thought was a crack) just below the step down. Called Jr. and he drove to my house and we took it to the factory the NEXT day. Got there and 4 people came out of the shop when they saw me pull in. Greg crawled under the boat (gravel and all) and within 3 min. informed me it was a tap line that was created while in the mold. Had me back it in the shop and fixed it plus gave me some stuff for my troubles. They fixed the mold as well right away (as it was empty).

IF I ever get another rig there will be NO question to what brand it will be.
PHOENIX Just wish I was younger and doing more traveling or would have the 921 but just to big of a rig for me. But never know about my next life

I sent mine back to the factory for some gel coat touch-up works. I had a driver picked up and delivered my boat at my house. While there, they re-mounted both of my graphs per my request. Boat was delivered 1 day ahead of schedule. I didn't have to leave the house and cost me nothing.

Outstanding customer service to go along with an outstanding product. I just ordered my 3rd boat from Phoenix, a 921. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I've owned several boats and never had better customer service, you won't find another boat manufacturer that is more concerned with customer satisfaction

Needless to say i'm on my 2nd 721 xp in 21/2 seasons. Jeff and Mark are a class act. I love my boat more than any boat I have ever been in. Please someone tell me where you can get better service. What boat company will the president of the company call you back the same day. This company will be the industry standard in the coming years. Thanks to Mark, Jeff, and Gary for building the only boat I will ever buy!
