    721 w250 SHO, 10" hydr JP....73 mph

Jr added an alarm and 10" hydraulic JP. Hit 73 mph with 1/2+ tank gas, mini tackle store, and Jr and I. Jr drove it about a mile without his hands on the wheel. One of the problems I originally had was not set correctly.....and I over trimmed it. These boats don't like to be over-trimmed. Will have to move some of my tackle to the rear boxes and give it a run to see if it does better. I'm pleased with how well it ran.

Thanks for an enjoyable morning on Dale Hollow Lake, Jr.

Sounds to me that you need to raise the motor. GPS speeds we are seeing are over 77+ full tourney load 721 SHO 2010.

Not with a load like Ernie carries your not his boat is packed to the gills plus 4 heavy batteries and heavy 36v tm on the nose. We are running a 25 on his and can beat alot of 19 foot boats out of the hole and mid range punch is very very strong considering the amout of weight in the boat

We could prob get 1 to 2 more mph with the load he's packing at the expense of holeshot and mid range with a bigger wheel

As long as Ernie is happy and Junior is driving boats with a smile life couldn't get any better!

All you need for a tourney load in Washington is two spinning reels and a few finesse worms.....

    Re: (bassinbrad)

elevation has some to do with it but mostly just the shear tackle load ernie is packing is unreal plus its all up front.

    Jr,

It must be full of two or 3 suite cases of tackle huh? Now that does carry some weight.

Would you believe...last year, I gave away over 200 crankbaits...slightly used. Then gave my grandson over 200 to sell on ebay as a fun raiser for his trip to Europe as a "Student Ambassador". You could never tell I was down 400 crankbaits, eh JR.
