SHO owners looking for the new Turbo FXP Prop

All I have some good news. I was able to track down a few of these props. Since you guys have such a great board here and I enjoy visiting it I thought I would share this info. See below for details.

I was able to get a little more info and details on these props. I called Turbo today and spoke with Kathleen she then directed me to a Steve's Custom Props located in Texas. I called him because he is the only person who has any of these props right now. He just got back from the Skeeter Owners event and they were running these props on several boats with an average of 1-3 mph gain over the Yamaha T series props and better holeshot. The props are currently available in 25 and 26 pitch, they are ventless and have the press in type hub and will also accept Flo-Torque shafts. They have a 14 3/4 barrel not the 14 1/2 I stated above. These props have a lifetime warranty and they are 100% backed by Yamaha and will not void the warranty on the motor IF there is an issue. They are limited in supply and pitch and he will ship them. You can contact Steve @ 903-765-9000, super nice guy. Tell him Bryan sent you and he'll take good care of you.

I'm not sure but since it has the "press in hub" I'd say you could run it on any of the major brands. Sent you an IM with the price.

    Re: (driftwood)

Because he may not quote you the same price he quoted me for whatever reason. This guy was nice enough to help us out with info and prices and he has them in stock so I don't want to "short change" him on his money. If you want the price he gave me I will be glad to PM it you but I'm not going to post it on the main board out of respect for him (Steve).

No problem, I was just wanting a ballpark. I didn't know if it was going to be around the same price as a regular TXP or up around a Bravo 1. If it was the latter then there is no way I would be able to buy it

Check out this info Ed found. It pretty much sums up the difference in this prop and other TXP props.
