Screws backing out of the rub rail. I have not seen this as being a big problem on the phoenix but I have seen it in many other boat brands, i am sure phoenix can do it too over time...
It seems that the answer is to just pull the rubrail put a little 3m or silicone on there and screw it back in.. 3 minute fix...if this is the case then why would they not just put a silicone or 3m or whatever on the screws during the original build and this would never become a problem...maybe 5-10 years but not every season starting when you get a boat..

Just seems the screws are going into fiberglass and that hole is never any stronger or tighter that when the screw is initially screwed in, everytime a screw backs out and has to be screwed back in that fiberglass hole gets a little looser.
