    Phoenix Boat cover

Could someone describe or post pics showing how to secure the ratchet straps on the back. I have the cover on. It fit very good, but I know I don't have the straps secured properly. Thanks.

    Re: Phoenix Boat cover (21PHOENIX)

I hook my ratchet to the big hole (nearest one to motor) or go to the opposite side of the boat and hook to the stern hook ( one trailer strap hooks to).
If no one else posts pics will put mine on and take some for you tomorrow
If you are storing your boat outside with cover on or not in a covered carport, garage, etc. do not forget to leave the plug out.
Also make sure to pull the plugs in the live wells as well sense they will get water in them plugged or not. Also would be wise to put the live well plugs in even if you are not going to be using them, keeps them from almost filling up when you stop and helps performance

We hook them to the Jack plate slots and then winch down.

I always hook them on the motor bracket in the hole intended for a trim rod

    Re: Phoenix Boat cover (Sktr#22)

My 618 came w/ the cover. I use the holes on the engine bracket.

WHAT EVER YOU DO, REMOVE the windshield when trailering w/ the cover on!!!!!

My dealer told me to do so but I was in a rush to get off the off the water in front of a nasty storm. I threw the cover on and headed home w/o removing the windshield. It gouged the side of the console and also the rubberized trim around the console.

    OPPS!!
