I have a 92 stratos 285 with a johnson fast strike 150...... It pulls right very hard.....i went to adjust the trim tab and its not like most ive seen.....it is just the trim tab cover with about a 1.5" groove in the back........underneath the cover on the bottom side appears to be something....not sure how to adjust it or even if it does adjust .....please help...thanks so much
Most of the time the trim tab runs out of the water after you running hard anyway.... I would jack the motor a little...... What jackplate/prop/boat you run?
Your motor could be to high or low on the back of the boat or if your prop has damage it could be slipping.
You can add a torque tab in the normal place or you can get one that mounts to the side of the skeg.

That could help, if you are under trimmed it would also pull right.
i was under trimmed a bit...but not much
