pulling out rear bench seat. help

I have a 1997 fish and ski 205 hydra-sports. I'm trying to remove the seat to re-upholster it. Does anyone have any insight into how to remove it?

look for screws burried down inside pleats on seat back,that is how mine is

If the above suggestion isn't it, see if the bottom cushions are velcro'd in to the shells. If so, pull them out and see if this exposes any hardware.

If possible, post a pic. This may jog my memory. I worked in the plant back in those days...not on the assembly line, but in sales, but I'll try to help.
