    Re: Hydraulic Sterring (225proxs)

Not bad at all, we did mine and it wasn't bad. I would do it if I were you. Best addition I have done yet.

    aggreed..."best addition for the money"....
its fairly easy..nothing difficult....will make it alot easier if you've got a buddy with a similiar steering set up and u park side by side to have something to go by...

Yes that would help. I would have a buddy help you do the install as well. You won't be able to bleed the system without help anyway.

    Re: Hydraulic Sterring (TheDuke)

Sounds like it won,t be to bad tired of sore four arms on long runs I ordered the HK7400A Sea Star Pro Hydraulic Steering System hope this is a good unit. Going to be installing it on a 94 Intimidator just finished wet sanding gel coat. Had my seat done by Mary Kay and I,am putting on a Minn Kota Fourtrex Trolling motor has been alot of work but should be well worth it when I,am Finished. Thanks for all the help fellows.

Have a 6'' jackplate that came on the boat, so 14' should do the job????
