I got the same hull on a 183GT. We run a 2.6 220 HPDI with a Croxton 27 Tempest Plus 1.25" below pad. 12 to 15 water PSI. Fastest so far is 76.4. But that was before we blew it up!!!!!Oh and a 12' JP.

Not sure which motor I'm gonna put on it either 260ss or a ss 3L. How would it run with a 3L, anyone tried it yet.
Have no idea, but I would love to drive it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I wanna see some pics.
i think you are probably going to get yourself hurt with either of those engines on a 183...i had a modded 200 on mine, and it was a beast to drive..
but i was young and dumb....hope you dont have the tunnel hull...and i for sure would not consider putting a 3L on the back...they sit low in the back with a 2.5 on the back...
