Just wondering guys what is a Outlaw Gambler? I've looked at the heritage page and it doesn't show one know the difference between all the others 209, Intimidator etc. but was just wondering what makes a gambler a Outlaw?![]()

I believe the Intimidators Had a few more Bells and Whistles. and the older Outlaws were only rated for 150 I believe but not for sure on that one.

Looks like they are almost a foot shorter also.
When the Outlaw debuted....it and the Intimadator where the same basic boat, just stripped down and rated for a 150 vs. 200 on the Intimadator. If you look, the layout and deminsions are all the same. Now, the newer Intimadators are larger...but the orginals were the same boat as the Outlaw.

THE 2001 and newer OUTLAWS come just like an INTIMIDATOR, if you get the ZR2 package....
MINE's got everything that my dad's INTIMIDATOR 2000 does....
also they're rated for 200's where the INTIMIDATOR 2000 is rated for a 235....
SAME WIDTH, just 19' 4" vs. 20' 1"....the '01's(and newer) are really stable in the water vs the original outlaws....
LOVE MINE and i'm 6' 2" and 216lbs....had to move my HOT foot back about 1 ft from the previous owner...and i removed the foot trim buttons and put a dual turn signal style trim/jack plate lever on the column....LOVING the trim on the column.....
should be picking it up this wednesday from my body man with some fresh paint up top....

Nothing stripped down about my 01,,,,, all depends what year and trim you get....... love the boat though. still turns heads just about where ever i go and everyone usually compliments it (with the exception of haters who always seem to be in a TRITOON)![]()
maybe just my neck of the woods.
I saw stripped down because mine IS!! LoL. Mine doesn't even have the railing around the consoles....![]()

ok...ha, naw i see in your signature (flubyu) where you have a '97...DUH...
yeah my dad had a 97 Outlaw with a 150 FASTSTRIKE that would hold 76mph all day...his next one was a 98 Outlaw that had a MERC 200 EFI...that boat would FLY, just liked getting swirly on top...but both of those were with the rail's....
guess i should read a little closer next time....

Haha...it cool. Sure would like to have the rails on mine.

I'm sure the name outlaw is not politically correct anymore , like gambler and intimidator..Up here in the north, the indians have a casino on every corner..gamble,gamble gamble.......................markmcisaacinc
The Outlaw actually was our attempt to produce a Gambler for less than $30K, however what we found out was that everyone optioned it up to be the cost of an Intimidator 2000. Some even ordered new decals and put INTIMIDATOR on them.
They were 9" shorter than the 2000 Intimidator, 10 gals. less in fuel, and 50 lbs lighter.
Very fast and in most cases unrecognizable from the 2000 Intimidator.
Michael Price, how long has it been since you/Gambler actually made an outlaw ? 04-05?
the most recent that i've online is about an '04....i've got an '03.....good question
