I feel like I should be talking like the Godfather when it comes to "the family". In all seriousness, I have been a Skeeter owner for the past 10 years. I sold my 2006 Skeeter ZX225 as we just had a baby and was planning on purchasing something around $12,000. Well, those plans flew out the window when I got the opportunity to buy one of 2 Gamblers I'm currently looking at. I just emailed Sandy as we are almost neighbors up here in NH but I wanted to get some opinions regarding a 2003 2200 with a 10" Bob Hydraulic jackplate, trim tabs, and a 2002 Mercury 250 XB. From what I've heard and read about this motor, it's pretty bullet proof. Any thoughts on this set up would be appreciated. I am also considering a 2006 2100 with 225 Pro XS. I'd like the 250 XB setup a little better because the money is quite a bit less but both boats are tremendous deals. If you'd like to call me, my name is Jay Faro and my cell is # 978-273-8528. Thanks all,
Jay
