I dont understand the front deck layout on this boat. The only pic I can find is on Gamblers website. Can someone post a picture of the front deck storage boxes opened up? Are the long narrow boxes the rod lockers? Thanks

the long narrow boxes are what they call the quick draw system. They are hydraulic fitted compartments that rods up to 7 ft can be quickly stowed in if you want to keep your deck rod free. You can comfortably fit 4-6 rods in each. The compartments on the outside of these are the regular rod lockers where there are seperate tubes for each rod to slide into. Its a nice option if you don't like to run with your rods on deck or just need more space to carry more setups.

you said it I usually put 4 in each and prolly have 8 in the other locker that I seem to never use. Prolly should just leave the at home. oh well

One thing about it someone can really get an understanding of how big the deck of a 2200 is when you can put 7ft rods in those 2 little lockers. When I first bought mine I Thought they'd never fit but I was wrong. 7'6 rods won't though but I think 7'4s might dunno don't have any to try.
