Ask Al.
His has the Gold Rush PAckage.
I think that basically its gold trim instead if chrome/stainless
**************************************
Rub rails, trim around butt seats, bars around the windshields, popup cleats, vents at the rear are all gold colored. It's a nice look but the gold on the windshield "bars" doesn't stay indefinitely. Appears that the bars are either chrome or polished stainless and then are gold anodized (or something) and it doesn't stick real well. It's not bad, but would be better if it didn't rub off like it does.
If I was ordering a new Gambler I wouldn't order the Gold Rush package personally.
so Al ..that boat i'm talking about is an 07 version of yours ????? in the second photo .. on the center / armrest .. what's that button looking thing ?
so "gold rush" is the pimped version ??![]()

Yeah, the one you're talking about would be an '07 version of mine.
The center button thing is a mount for a handheld GPS that Ben had; I took it off. The center "section" has a black plastic top that's a step for getting to the rear deck. This section lifts off and it becomes a bench seat for 3.
(Not sure if the new ones are exactly the same or not).
These pics were actually taken when I bought the bought from Ben Harris.....they're in his backyard in Nashville. I've added a GPS speedo to the dash and taken out the 1240 flasher and added a digital depth finder.
Also replaced that steering wheel and put in a Stratos wheel........looks awesome!!
(Also took the dorky stainless steel lettering off the stainless fenders.)
AL any pic of that wheel?does it make it easyer to see gauge's? they are hard to see on my intimadtorps like the black

It's actually not black.............very dark Green. Looks black in these pics though. The flake is champagne but looks silver in the bright sun in these pics.
Let me find a pic of the steering wheel.
i think that wheel on there LOOKS good .. but if it hinders view then that makes sense too
Yeah "Stainless Steel" on the fenders does look kinda stupid !

Here's a pic of the Stratos wheel (in Don Nesbitt's Champion that C&O redid for him a while back).
The steering wheel in the pic of my dash is upside down.........the center bar is normally at the bottom.

The stainless lettering looks dumb!! Was the first thing that came off.........along with some other stickers. Also took the Gambler decals off the trailer and had new ones made. Looks much better. Also took the Gambler "pads" off the top of the fenders.......now the whole fender is just highly polished. You shouldn't be stepping on them anyways.![]()
then how you get in the boat when it's on the trailer ? ???

I think Al has a trampoline he puts next to the boat and literally "hops" in.
Really Al, pretty boat you got there![]()
Step on the part before or after the fenders..........they're meant to be stepped on.![]()
well i'm sure Count Shields can just fly in when he's a bat, then go fishin .. but what about the rest of the mortals ?

warning... al will remove all the stickers from your trailer.....i need to get to another rally, because this new aluminum one has a ton of them on it....and they wont come off...they seem to be made of the same stuff as the liscence plate decals are made of......still dont know what he has against stainless steel though... i thought they only had problems with silver......![]()
