I was wondering if anyone with a 250XS has run a Bravo I on thier boat. What was the outcome.

i run one on my 250 xb if that helps you any ??
Not running a 250XS, but a 225EFI. Your top speed will suffer a little
(2 or 3mph), but you will gain it back in holeshot and acceleration. I run a 28 Bravo in the winter and a 26 Bravo in the summer. The Bravo's are blueprinted and balanced by Mark Croxton. You should see similar results.

Jason, I run a 30 Bravo on my 250XS, its an awesome tournament prop.![]()
my opinion is you are better off with the hydromotive quad 4 x. its a large diameter bravo style prop. it has a better holeshot, handles better and is faster than the bravo 1. its the best prop i have run on my gambler.
ive tried both and the bravo handled better on my boat than the hydro, but it was WD's experiment in the making prop.
I ran a few Bravo's and they are good all around fishing props. On my 2200 I had around 13 percent slip numbers. However, with a QIV-X I get 9-10 percent slip numbers. All that means is that with my 29P Q I run as fast as my 32P Bravo......with the 29P QIV-X I have better holeshot without any blow-out and better mid-range. JMHO
Now these results are with my 2200. I get 85 out of my 29 with fishing load and full fuel.
WD..are you running the TXP or the QUAD 29?
\"THE\" MASTER BLASTER
GAMBLER 2200 W/YAMMIE 300 HDPI
I run both, the QIV-X is the large barrel with 1 inch exhaust holes drilled.
