Sam, welcome to the Cobra Board, glad to have you join us. Deans Top and Canvas made the original seats in your Cobra and all they need to duplicate them is the boat's serial number located on the upper right hand side of your transom. If you're looking to replace them with something different, they can do that too. They're also a board sponsor!

Larry, Deans doesn't carry the colors for the older boats any more. My boat is a 1997 and they didn't have my colors nor do they make the seat style that I had. I had to start from scratch.

Tom, what was the color of your original seats. Not quite sure what year Sam's boat is since he didn't mention it. Did Dean's say what years they no longer stock? Your new one's look really good.

No Larry, they didn't say what years they no longer have. Here's the original seats.

Compared to the originals, your new seats look fantastic. Excellent color combination. And, I bet the new ones are much more comfortable than the originals.

Thanks Larry, I really like 'em too. They are more comfortable, but very firm. The others were soft and you sat down in them instead of on them. My only regret is that that I didn't get the sewn Viper on the but seat too.

    Re: Upholster Seats (TomM)

    Tom,
I looked on their web site and called them and they told me that I only had a choice of the three seats posted on their web site. I really like the looks of the seats they made for your boat and I would be real interested in getting a seat like that for my boat. My Cobra is a 2000 201d. When did you have these seats made for you and what was the price? Did you go to their shop in Arkansas or did you just order them over the phone?
