    Question Jacking plate dramas

Hi, wondering if anyone can help me. I have put a 12" hydraulic jacking plate on my 2013 Alpha 211 hull id LJEO2262L213 i am now having some problems i will start by listing problems 1.porpoising at low speed up to 30mph/i feel if i could trim in a little bit more i could stop the porpoising . 2.cant get the lift at high speed boat feels like its bogged down i can get the boat up but i have to trim out twice as much as before but still does not feel right. 3.hole shot i when fully loaded not great.I have tested boat in all possible trim and lift positions sometimes it feels close but not right i also spent 4hours testing with mercury racing, trying props and went best with the prop that is on it temptest 27 tried some 4 blades they never had a 4 higher than 24 pitch as stated i bought a 12 inch bobs hydraulic i did not realise that my old plate was 10 inch until after i received new plate i did not realise they had changed the hull on 211 as i live in australia it is a bit hard to exchange. The jacking plate cost $2000 and $2000 to fit hence why i am reluctant to change it.There is only 30 legends in australia and only 4 211s none of the 29 legends have hydraulic plates so i cant get a lot of help at home. You may be thinking why fix something thats not broken? i fish alot of shallow tidal water and a hydraulic plate is a huge advantage hope some one can help or have i stuffed up in getting a 12 inch plate cheers mike
