    Dear Charger Bass Boat Owner,
    It’s time to make plans to attend the Charger Bass Boat Owners Classic
    Buddy Tournament! As always, Charger will host a tournament BBQ on
    Saturday evening, at no charge to each boat team. Additional meal tickets are
    available for guest at $10.00 each and must be presented at the BBQ. Please
    take time to fill out the entry form. Boat numbers will be determined
    by the date the entry fee and form was received at Charger, Inc.
    Thanks for being a Charger Bass Boat Owner. We hope you can come to
    this year’s event!
    SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

    Sign-in Friday, November 4 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
    Meeting Friday, November 4 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
    BBQ Saturday, November 5 5:00 p.m. - ?

    Tournament Hours Saturday, November 5 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

    Directions:
    Grand Glaize Beach - Pa He Tsi (formerly PB-2) - Located on Hwy. 54,
    Osage Beach, Mo.
    Traveling South: Take Hwy. 54 West. Cross Grand Glaize Bridge to the State
    Park entrance and turn left.
    Traveling North: Take Hwy. 54 East to the State Park entrance and turn right.
    If you cross the Grand Glaize Bridge you have gone too far.
    PLEASE READ ALL RULES
    T O U R N A M E N T R U L E S
    1. Boats and Motors: All teams must consist of a Charger Bass Boat owner
    and a buddy. Teams must fish from owner’s Charger Bass Boat manufactured
    by Charger, Inc. Richland, Mo. All entries must provide proof of ownership
    of the boat that have fished from on both days. Aerated livewells and a Kill
    Switch are mandatory. No boats will be trailered during Tournament hours.
    All boats and livewells will be inspected each day.
    2. Eligibility: Appropriate fees must be received. All contestants must be 16
    years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent. Tournament fees will
    be returned within five days upon request prior to Tournament. The final day
    for refund is October 28, 2011.
    3. Safety and Sportsmanship: Safe fishing practices and safe boating must
    be observed at all times. Life jackets must be worn during take-off and any
    time the main motor is in operation. State regulations are enforced. There
    will be no alcoholic beverages during Tournament hours.
    4. Fishing Locations: Anywhere on Tournament lake except weigh-in area
    or within 50 yards of a contestant’s anchored boat or a commercial dock.
    5. NO Live Bait. Artificial Lures Only.
    6. Boat Identification: A boat number must be displayed at all times during
    Tournament and at weigh-in. Boat numbers will be issued at the Friday night
    sign-in and meeting.
    7. Scoring: Largemouth Bass, Spotted Bass and Smallmouth Bass will be
    counted. Total stringer weight per team will determine place. Any bass under
    15” presented for weigh-in will cause 2 pounds to be subtracted from the
    total stringer weight plus the loss of short fish. Fish limit will be 6 fish per
    team. Any frozen or iced fish presented for weigh-in will result in immediate
    disqualification. Contestants must be in sight of their partners during
    Tournament hours and until they have weighed in. Measurements will be
    “Golden Rule”. It is the responsibility of the contestants to be sure Big Bass
    is weighed in.
    8. Polygraph Test: Polygraph tests will be given to the top three winners,
    Big Bass winner and at random at the discretion of Tournament Directors,
    or in the event of any protest on all big prize winners.
    9. Dead Fish Penalty: Every dead fish presented at weigh-in will result in
    a four ounce penalty not to be deducted from big fish solely, except total
    weight next day.
    10. Protest: All protests must be filed in writing and signed within fifteen
    minutes after the total weigh-in completion day.
    11. Late Penalty: Any boat checking in late will lose one pound per minute
    up to ten minutes. More than ten minutes results in disqualification for that
    day.
    12. Ties: In case of tie, the winner will be the team with the most bass. If
    both teams have the same number of bass, the winner will be determined by
    the heaviest fish.
    13. Tournament Meeting: There will be a Tournament meeting Friday,
    November 4, at 7:00 p.m. at PB #2. One team member is required to attend.
    Any contestant disqualified for illegal activities will be refused entry in any
    future Charger sponsored tournaments.

    I hereby apply to enter the 2011 Charger Bass Boat Owners Annual
    Classic Buddy Tournament. I have read and understand the rules associated
    with the Charger Tournament and waive all other contestants, sponsors,
    Tournament officials, and Charger, Inc., from all claims for injury and/or
    damages incurred in connection with the 2011 Charger Tournament.
