    Best Mechanic in Raleigh, NC area to replace power-head on 250 sho?

    Anybody know of the 'go-to-guy' to work on 2010 Yamaha 250 sho in or near the Raleigh, NC area? Blown power-head I suspect.

    Sorry to hear it, call JR at Pitstop Marine, 919-639-4869. If he can't do it, he'll steer you in the right direction. Look in the BBC NC section for reviews on him, highly recommended, by others and me.

    Sell it. GM250 on here is looking for blown or wrecked sho. Not sure if anyone can work on these locally. Most dealers or shops replace the long blocks and a lot of times they can't even do that right. Does the flywheel move up and down exessivly?
