I know several guys that have put them in their boat but they were not Chargers. They all said it was pretty easy.
My boat has it, and let me tell you, that is the best thing done to the pointy end of a bass boat in the last ten years. It will absolutely save your back on a long fishing trip. You will be amazed. Do it if all possible.
If you have the tools then you probably have the skill to do it pretty easy. First get tray dimensions and check your flat forward deck space. If it fits then its a go. Measure half a dozen times before you cut.
