    Tempest or Fury?

I run a 200 elite w/ 225 Pro XS. I currently run a 25p Fury that has been worked. I am happy with the proformance and the hole shot is amazing. i am able to run 72 with a load and cant imagine it getting better. I have never ran a tempest but, a frind of mine runs one and now has me thinking about if the grass is greener on the other side. Any thoughts on the difference or advantages one way or the other between the two?

Take your fury and send it to mark croxton. It's cheaper than a new prop and he will gain you a mile it 2. Pretty impressive numbers already on an elite.

I've been running a tempest plus on my 210 elite. I like it, but just ran across a great deal on a fury so I bought it. Should get it in Thursday. I just want to try it and compare. I'll let you know. Different boats I know, but still could be interesting.

My 198 runs well with my 26 Tempest Plus and ran really well with a 25 Fury. If possible, try both....

I have the same boat. Mine ran 71 with the fury with lots of bow lift. Didnt carry a load when I got a second person in the boat. Speed dropped to 67-68. I got a 26 temp worked by mark and it runs much much better. 73.6 is the fastest I've had it. 72.0 with two people full gas. It seems to carry the stern much higher. Turned it into a different boat as now it has to be driven. I feel like it is a much better performing boat with the tempest.

Thanks for the feedback R Warner. Have you noticed a difference in the holeshot or any blow out in sharp turns etc w/ the Tempest?

    Re: (Shaump)

The holeshot is great and have never blown out in turns. One thing I forgot to add is that I added trim extenders. They made a big difference.
